Once your parcel has been dispatched by me, you will be notified via email.
To protect your parcel from loss, theft or damage – we highly suggest that all customers opt for shipping cover at checkout. agirltastingwhiskey is not responsible for parcels that aren’t covered.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver.
Agirltastingwhiskey is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Agirltastingwhiskey does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Agirltastingwhiskey cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Agirltastingwhiskey handpicks each item to ensure a 100% quality item is personally delivered to you.
If for some reason my standards do not meet yours, agirltastingwhiskey offers returns on all full-priced items within 28 days of delivery for a store credit with no expiry. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided.
Sale items and are not eligible for returns unless faulty, so please choose carefully.
Agirltastingwhiskey has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.
WILL I BE SENT A SHIPPING LABEL FOR MY RETURN?
When your return is approved, take the package to your local post office to pay the postage fee and send it off to my PO BOX.
I recommend sending via traceable mail, as agirltastingwhiskey is not liable for items lost in transit. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, agirltastingwhiskey will cover the shipping cost and send you a return label.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
At this time I am unable to offer exchanges due to low stock levels. However, you are more than welcome to repurchase your item in another size with your store credit.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly I am so sorry about this! I pride myself on quality control across all of my stock.
If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. I will investigate this and assist you further for the best outcome.
First of all, I am sorry to hear this has happened! I am more than happy to assist you with this fault, please email your order details along with images of your item to email@example.com and I will help you out.

@agirltastingwhiskey does not offer refunds for change of mind and all sales are final. If you are no longer wanting your pieces, feel free to return them for a store credit.
